Birthday party help.?

I%26#039;m turning 13. I really want a smal party. I%26#039;m only inviting 4 of my closest friends and maybe one of my mothers friends.(she doesn%26#039;t have a daughter only a son so she will be up to do anything fun and girly.) I am VERY girly. I love flowers and all that stuff. I don%26#039;t want a dance party because I don%26#039;t want that many people at my party. I have a pretty tight budget. I was thinking of a tea party. I have drank tea before without and cream or sugar and it tasted o.k. and I don%26#039;t want to waste my mother and father%26#039;s money. I really like make-up and perfume and stuff. Especially the mall. I really don%26#039;t want anything crazy.Oh! My birthday is in May but I have to start planning now.

Thank You.

Birthday party help.?
i, personally, think that the best parties are the ones without themes. i have fun just doing random stuff. if you wanna decorate, do flowers and bright colors, cuz it%26#039;s getting into the spring-ish season. if you don%26#039;t know what to do for activities, make movies. or do remakes of like dramatic scenes in movies. you%26#039;d be surprised at how ridiculously hilarious they are when you watch them later. (i know i was)
Reply:why dnt u have a tea party with a few eats and get ur pals to bring round sum smellies make up and give eachother make overs? and get a girly dvd to watch
Reply:Okay, flowers, May, tea party..... how %26#039;bout a Churchill Downs, or Kentucky Derby party, where you make ladies hats! Everyone could bring %26quot;stuff%26quot; to make them with, flowers, glue,

beads, fabric, scarfs, bobbie pins, needle and thread, and a basic hat to decorate! Then you could have finger sandwhiches (of any kind), iced tea or lemonade, or have varieties of tea for everyone to try. And you may be able to pick some fresh flowers, especially violets and daffodils at that time. Vases of forsythia on the table would be nice?
